Love this place. We recently moved to the area and had to furnish several rooms in our home - they totally delivered. From start to finish, they couldn't have been nicer - even the delivery and set-up guys were fantastic - letting us know the night before when they would arrive.

Just purchased a bedroom suite here and am super excited about it! First-time to this showroom, furniture is sleek and very cool-looking, AND its high quality. First of all I truly love this place. I have searched for modem contemporary furniture all over. I mean I've went all the way to Miami and orlando and Euro Living was my ultimate one stop store. The staff couldn't more knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me with every step to create the look I wanted with quality furniture that's truly made in Europe. They really delivered that's all I have to say. The showroom was impicable and the delivery crew was very professional. Not to mention I bought my furniture over a year and a half ago and I just went back for some missing pieces and everything still looks as new as the day we received our furniture. Artistically, one of the Euro Living staff interior decorators, Duane, introduced me to the concept of furniture as art, and then proceeded to provide breathtaking options and themes in response to my requirements and introduce artistic variations which were brilliant in comparison to my conceptualizations. He visited my home twice to help me brainstorm and suggest to me different furniture floor organizations, furniture shapes that complimented the room geometry, furniture color combinations, wall art, rug types, and paint colors. He helped me conceptualize multiple visions of which I would have been incapable of developing on my own. As a result, my living/dining room are jaw-dropping, extraordinary rooms that are functional, comfortable, and warmly draw visitors in while amazing them at the artful, beautiful lines and colors complimented by their opulence and uniqueness.
Service and pricing. The entire staff was attentive, professional, and patient. There was never any pressure. As I made option choices, Issa bent of over backwards to secure competitive pricing and secure pieces even if they were not from among their suite of manufacturers. Euro Living truly wanted me to be satisfied and what I ended up receiving was outstanding.
Lastly, I took months in building up my home, and Euro Living worked patiently with me through the entire process. But, if a client doesn't have that type of time, the Euro Living interior decorator staff can put together combinations for approval and install in your home with a minimum of your time and supervision. Euro Living will work with its clients in whatever way they may wish to proceed. It is an understatement to say, as a result of my experiences, I recommend and endorse Euro Living in the strongest possible terms.

***UPDATE*** Bump to 4 stars
Tariq called yesterday and is now in charge of customer relations. I have to say that I'm impressed with their new look on customer service and willingness to reach out to us. They offered to make or purchase right and they did. They also started using some feedback I left about seeing the piece before delivery. It's hard for both consumer and shop to know how something will look out of a catalog. In a nutshell, they are really trying and I appreciate that. I would buy here again and look forward to it.
OLD - We bought a white Italian leather couch from here. I am a little let down by our buying experience. We wanted a smaller couch for apt living with a left facing settee. We found it with their help. We gave our $ and the order process began. A week later we get a call that there are no more left facing but they do have a right facing. We decide to go for it. Almost 2 months later the piece finally arrives. It's solid, nice leather, however, it was wrapped so tightly in shipping plastic that the leather still has creases in it months later and looks a little wrinkled. I contacted Euro living about this and was told that the batting underneath the leather has feathers and is the natural style of the couch. It's not nice and smooth like the pieces on their showroom floor. So, $4000 later I have a couch that is not what we pictured being in our newly designed space and EL's customer service is little to be desired. I recommend you force them to deliver to store and you see it before it arrives home.
